A-1.) At this time, all installation services are currently closed.

At XRetroGeneration, we use the best equipment/supplies available for the task by major brands.

Returns:

While we strive to provide the best QA possible, due to the nature of the items we sell, all item's are eligible only for a exchange on defective items within 30 days of shipment.

If signs of abuse/neglect are shown, an exchange will not be issued and item(s) will be sent back at the customers expense.

Shipping:

Q-1.) How long would it take to ship my order?.

A-1.) Most orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days. Some larger orders, may take an additional 1 - 2 business day(s)

Q-2.) Do you ship to "insert country here"?.

A-2.) While we ship mostly worldwide, If your country isn't shown during the checkout process, we most likely don't currently ship to your location at this time.

Q-3.) I haven't received my order within the dates posted of my shipping method, is it lost?.

A-3.) Vast majority of the time, your order could be held in customs which could be held anywhere from (Majority of the time) couple hours to few days and some rare cases up to 2 months or more depending your countries polices. If you suspect your order is held by customs, please give your order a few weeks to process before contacting us.
